CANCELLATIONS

CHL class registration cancellation requests received by email twenty one (21) calendar days or more prior to the scheduled class date will receive a refund (less $10.00 registration/processing fees).

CHL class registration cancellation requests received by email within twenty one (21) calendar days of the scheduled class date will receive a refund (less $15.00 registration/processing fees).

CHL class registration cancellation requests received by email within seven (7) calendar days of the scheduled class date will receive a refund (less $50.00 registration/processing fees).

CANCELLATIONS / RESCHEDULES BY AUSTIN REGIONAL FIREARMS ACADEMY

If a CHL class is not held for any reason, Austin Regional Firearms Academy, and/or its   representative’s liability is limited to the FULL class fee only.
